Tamworth Centre for Voluntary Services

fundersfairTamworth Centre for Voluntary Services (CVS) is an umbrella body, providing information, advice, support and development to community and voluntary groups in the Tamworth area.  We are here to support a thriving voluntary and community sector, to enable local people to make a difference to their communities and influence the decisions and services that affect them.

Our aim is to enhance the quality of life of the people in Tamworth by promoting and developing voluntary activity in the local area.  We’ve been working with the voluntary sector for over 30 years, and have helped hundreds of voluntary and community groups on a wide variety of different topics.

We’re here to help you - whether you are a charity or local community group looking for help and advice or an individual looking to volunteer.

tcvsThe range of support we can provide includes help in setting up a group, one to one consultation, guidance to identify and access funding, access to training and networking events, and practical support such as design services and photocopying.  You can find us at the Carnegie Centre, Corporation Street, in Tamworth Town Centre.
