Our Development Team provides support and advice to both new and existing voluntary and community groups.

The type and range of support we offer includes:

Running an Organisation - We offer support and advice on setting up a new voluntary or community group, writing a constitution or set of rules, options for organisational structure, forming an effective committee, and writing policies and good working practices.

Finance and Funding - We can help in identifying funding streams, local, regional and national, and offer support in filling out funding application forms.

Planning and Reviewing - We can help you prepare a business or development plan, monitoring and evaluating projects and developing quality standards.

Managing people - We can support you with recruiting and employing staff, and writing terms and conditions of employment.

Training and Learning - We can help you determine learning needs, and providing you with access to training opportunities.
